Omiz Staffing Solutions (OSS) is seeking a highly skilled Kinaxis Consultant with expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro) to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise supply chain planning solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to implement scalable planning solutions and requires strong experience in supply chain planning processes and data integration.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and configure Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro solutions to support supply chain planning processesCreate and maintain workbooks, worksheets, dashboards, reports, metrics, and task flowsDevelop scripts, calculated tables, control tables, and automation workflows within KinaxisIntegrate Kinaxis with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, and other enterprise applicationsPerform data modeling, data mapping, transformation, validation, and ETL activitiesCollaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsSupport Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Capacity Planning, and S&OP processesTroubleshoot production issues, optimize system performance, and provide ongoing application supportParticipate in UAT, deployment, hypercare, and enhancement activitiesCreate technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to business and support teamsSkills5+ years of experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro developmentStrong expertise in: Workbooks, Worksheets, Dashboards, ReportsScripts and AutomationCalculated Tables and Control TablesScenario Modeling and Alert ConfigurationData Modeling and Performance TuningExperience integrating Kinaxis with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systemsStrong understanding of Supply Chain Planning concepts: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Capacity Planning, Forecasting, S&OPExperience with SQL, ETL processes, and data integration toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesKinaxis Author, Administrator, Integration, or Solution Architect CertificationsExperience with Snowflake, Talend, SnapLogic, Informatica, MuleSoft, or SAP CPIKnowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or AzureExperience leading Kinaxis implementation or rollout projectsExposure to Agile/Scrum methodologiesCompany OverviewOmiz Staffing Solutions is our dedicated staffing recruitment service tailored for the dynamic U.S. market.
