The consultant will analyze requirements, configure solutions, and drive successful supply chain transformation initiatives.ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain planning and operationsConfigure Kinaxis RapidResponse modules based on business needsLead workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder discussionsSupport implementation of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Capacity Planning, and S&OP processesTranslate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teamsConduct UAT, training sessions, and user adoption activitiesDevelop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and planning workflows within KinaxisCollaborate with integration and technical teams for end-to-end solution deliverySupport change management and process optimization initiativesSkillsStrong experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse implementationsExpertise in supply chain planning processes and business workflowsExperience with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OPStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to conduct workshops and gather business requirements effectivelyKnowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or OracleExperience working in Agile environmentsKinaxis certification preferredExperience in manufacturing, consumer goods, pharma, retail, or automotive industriesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with reporting and dashboard development within KinaxisCompany OverviewTechdoquest is a software company that specializes in IT consulting & services, cloud migration, IT Staffing, outsourcing, and telecom.
