KIN Apparel is a functional fashion brand seeking a strategic, hands-on marketer for the position of Retention & E-Commerce Marketing Associate. This role focuses on customer lifecycle marketing, collaborating closely with the internal team to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive customer engagement and brand growth.ResponsibilitiesPlan, build, and optimize email campaigns and automated flows in KlaviyoManage SMS campaigns and coordinated cross-channel messaging through Attentive or similar platformsSupport loyalty, reviews, rewards, and referral strategy through YotpoUpdate Shopify product pages, collections, landing pages, and promotional pages as neededBuild retention plans for product launches, seasonal drops, collaborations, and promotionsSegment customers based on purchase behavior, engagement, lifecycle stage, product interest, and loyalty activityCreate or coordinate brand-aligned copy for email, SMS, landing pages, and customer journeysMonitor campaign and flow performance, including revenue, conversion rate, click rate, open rate, deliverability, and list healthProvide weekly reporting with clear insights, recommended next steps, and opportunities for growthCollaborate with the internal team on launches, promotions, customer experience, and last-minute campaign pivots as neededSkills3-5+ years of e-commerce, lifecycle, retention, and/or digital marketing experienceHands-on experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, Yotpo, and Attentive or similar SMS platformsStrong understanding of segmentation, automated flows, retention strategy, customer journeys, and promotional campaignsStrong copywriting instincts with the ability to maintain a clear, community-centered brand voiceComfortable reviewing campaign performance data and turning insights into actionExperience with product launches, seasonal promotions, landing pages, A/B testing, and marketing calendarsDetail-oriented, organized, responsive, and able to work independently in a remote startup environmentComfortable collaborating with founders, creative teams, and fast-moving internal teamsAble to balance strategy, execution, creativity, reporting, and customer experienceSelf-motivated and excited by measurable growth, owned-channel revenue, and customer retentionFashion, hair care, beauty, apparel, wellness, or DTC brand experience is a plusPassion for KIN's mission of inclusive, functional, community-driven fashionCompany OverviewKIN Apparel is an online store for hats, hoodies, airport sets, and pillowcases.
