[Remote] Key Art Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Night is seeking a freelance graphic designer to help creators enhance their presence across digital platforms. The role involves creating key art and digital assets, developing original concepts, and ensuring visual storytelling aligns with strategy across various platforms.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Create key art and digital visual assets for social, streaming, web, and promotional use
ā¢ Develop original creative concepts, not just execution of existing visuals
ā¢ Produce creative content for decks and presentations
ā¢ Expertly handle resizing and reformatting across platforms with consistency
ā¢ Translate strategy and content into compelling visual storytelling
ā¢ Support minor video editing or motion work (simple edits, formatting, graphic bugs)
Skills
ā¢ A designer with a strong portfolio showing creative concepting and execution across digital assets
ā¢ Skilled in advanced aspect ratios, scaling, and platform requirements
ā¢ Excellent creative judgment and an eye for polished, intentional design
ā¢ Comfortable working independently with evolving briefs
ā¢ Create key art and digital visual assets for social, streaming, web, and promotional use
ā¢ Develop original creative concepts, not just execution of existing visuals
ā¢ Produce creative content for decks and presentations
ā¢ Expertly handle resizing and reformatting across platforms with consistency
ā¢ Translate strategy and content into compelling visual storytelling
ā¢ Support minor video editing or motion work (simple edits, formatting, graphic bugs)
ā¢ Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
ā¢ Basic proficiency in video or motion tools (Premiere, After Effects, or similar)
ā¢ Strong typography, composition, and color sensibility
ā¢ Experience in the entertainment space (digital media, creators, TV, film, streaming, or music)
ā¢ Strong understanding of content-driven brands and designing with the audience in mind
ā¢ Comfortable elevating and reworking existing designs, not just starting from scratch
ā¢ Detail-oriented when concepting visuals for digital and mobile platforms
ā¢ Working knowledge of basic video editing for simple needs like lower thirds or linear bugs
ā¢ Open to experimenting and pushing beyond their usual design lane when the project calls for it
