[Remote] Key Account Performance Manager, Home Services Specialist

The Key Account Performance Manager for the Home Services Team will focus on client retention, growth, and strategic support, acting as the main point of contact for specific advertiser accounts and ensuring effective campaign management and optimization.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary post-sale client-facing contact, responsible for building strong relationships to drive retention and satisfactionLead the strategic direction of client campaigns with a focus on business outcomes and revenue growthFacilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams to maintain alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelinesIdentify upsell opportunities to deliver added value and encourage incremental investmentConduct regular performance reviews, providing insights and recommendations tied to business goals and KPIsAct consistently in the best interest of the business and uphold high professional and ethical standardsCoordinate with Campaign Managers, Search Strategists, Buyers, and Interactive Strategists to ensure proper setup and launchSupport strategy formation to align with business objectives and market contextEnsure internal teams understand client objectives, audience, and KPI targetsMonitor high-level campaign performance to ensure KPIs are met and ROI goals achievedProvide proactive insights and data-backed recommendations to clients on a routine basisCommunicate optimizations, status updates, and next-step priorities directly with clientsHelp preserve client goodwill and long-term relationship valueMaintain a minimum $3,000,000 book of businessConduct monthly reporting calls and share reports with all clientsMaintain 95% month-over-month client retentionOnboard at least one (1) new client per monthSkillsExperience supporting digital media or strategic accounts; familiar with paid search, paid social, programmatic, or multi-channel campaignsAbility to interpret performance data and translate findings into actionable insightsStrong relationship-building and communication skillsHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneouslyA proactive mindset with enthusiasm for helping clients growHome Services category experience strongly preferred (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, etc.)Agency or client-facing experience is preferredBenefitsCompetitive Salary + Commission on go-live revenue3 weeks of PTO (+ 9 paid holidays)Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanCasual, high-energy work environmentOpportunity for upward mobilityCompany provided laptopCompetitive salary + bonus programCompany OverviewTownsquare Ignite is a customer-centric, data-driven technology provider of cross-platform advertising solutions including programmatic.
