They are seeking a Key Account Manager to serve as a crucial link between the company and healthcare professionals, promoting PET radiopharmaceuticals and building strategic relationships to enhance market share and sales.ResponsibilitiesDevelop business plans and execution strategies for key imaging centers and referring physiciansPre-call planning and in-call questioning to understand customer needs, craft solutions and drive utilizationCollaborate with market access support teams to optimize payor contract implementation and satisfaction across imaging centers and hospitalsMonitor territory plan performance, communicate results and action steps to all cross-functional partnersUnderstand our products to be able to promote, differentiate and sell the brand and productKnowledge of PET, nuclear radiopharmaceuticals, and molecular imagingEstablished record of building physician, referrer, and imaging center relationshipsAble to successfully bring a product to a new or established territoryExceptional presentation skills with ability to break down information to target audienceSelf-driven to succeed with excellent project management and organizational skillsAnalyze and understand competitive market conditions and the changing needs of customers; modify strategy as neededNegotiate and prepare contracts according to company proceduresEnter interactions into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system accurately and timelyTimely completion and documentation of all assigned trainingSkillsExperience selling to physician offices, into hospitals, contracting, and buying/billing products or relevant clinical experience in a healthcare settingProven track record of sales success developing, organizing and implementing sales plans, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and penetrating new accounts/markets/competitive through proficiency in prospecting, lead qualification, sales and negotiationsDemonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives while operating in compliance with regulatory guidelinesDemonstrated selling skills, analytical skills and pharmaceutical industry acumenDemonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities through effective organizational, people, and time management skillsMust be willing to reside in the territoryMust be willing and able to do 60% overnight travelMust have a valid driver's licenseComputer experience: Office 365 products, CRM systems and use of Teams for video meetings, presentations and trainingMinimum 3 years of direct sales experience in radiopharmaceuticals, molecular imaging, neurology.
