[Remote] Key Account Manager, Water Hygiene

Solenis is a leading global provider of water and hygiene solutions, and they are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager – Water Hygiene to support their Chem-Aqua Healthcare Team. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers while providing technical support and sales assistance to ensure effective water management plans are implemented for existing clients.ResponsibilitiesPrimary role will be to support our Healthcare Corporate Accounts Team. The Key Account Manager – Water Hygiene will work with our sales force, customers, engineering, and technical marketing group to support ongoing water management plans for existing customersResponsibilities include administrative, technical, consultative, and sales supportParticipate in ongoing customer WMP meetings to provide technical support, remediation recommendations, and changes to operation to ensure patient safetyAudit existing plans and confirm service expectations are being metConsult customers to determine the appropriate water treatment and maintenance practices to minimize the risks associated with Legionella and other waterborne pathogensCollaborate with technical marketing and engineering teams to improve processes, documentation, literature, and collateral materialOther projects and administrative duties as assigned by managerSkillsFamiliarity with premise plumbing systems both potable and non-potableExperience with water safety / water hygiene with a focus on Legionella management in water systemsA Bachelor of Science with a GPA above 3.0.
