The Key Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining high-volume accounts while collaborating with internal teams to deliver value and support customer needs.ResponsibilitiesStrategically partner with the iRhythm Sales organization to ensure the success of customers and patients within our large account segmentDrive customer and account performance by monitoring and measuring activities including registration volume, device inventory management, customer and patient satisfaction, clinical effectiveness, and workflow efficiencyServe as a primary point of contact for iRhythm internal teams regarding assigned customersLiaison with key stakeholders in billing, clinical operations, legal, finance, inventory, and customer care to ensure efficient account performanceTrain customers on the iRhythm service tools (ZioSuite, MyZio, etc.)Act in a timely manner to resolve customer issuesProvide continuous evaluation of processes and customer workflowSuggest new methods to create efficiencies through improved processes and additional technologyLeverage iRhythm regional expertise as necessaryManage, onboard, and support assigned accountsAttend and support key customer meetings and sales Quarterly Business Review sessionsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with accounts and the internal sales organizationLead or participate in strategic initiatives within assigned accountsConduct in-person account management initiatives as neededMonitor and communicate key performance trends across assigned accountsWork to develop action plans to improve account performanceSkillsBachelor's degree is highly preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceAt least 3 years in a sales, account management or customer success role supporting large or complex accountsProven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager in a healthcare, medical device, or biotechnology environmentSelf-directed and proactiveDemonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with tools commonly used in a business environment including CRM customer relationship management (Salesforce), reporting, and Microsoft OfficeExceptionally collaborative, highly responsive, flexible, and adaptiveMust be willing to travel to Regional and National internal meetingsMust be willing to travel 30% or higher depending on the needs of the customer within assigned marketStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and present information succinctly and actionableProven understanding of how to apply key performance measurements to drive commercial developmentBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurances (all of which start on your first day)Health savings account employer contributions (when enrolled in high deductible medical plan)Cafeteria plan pre-taxed benefits (FSA, dependent care FSA, commute reimbursement accounts)Travel reimbursement for medical careNoncontributory basic life insurance & short/ long term disabilityEmotional health support for you and your loved onesLegal / financial / identity theft/ pet and child referral assistancePaid parental leave, paid holidays, travel assistance for personal trips and PTO!401(k) (with company match)Employee Stock Purchase PlanPet insurance discountUnlimited amount of Linked In Learning classesCompany OverviewiRhythm is a leading digital health care company that creates trusted solutions that detect, predict, and prevent disease.
