[Remote] Key Account Manager, East/Central

ForceBrands is a high-growth beverage company seeking a Key Account Manager to drive retail expansion and revenue growth across the Central and Eastern United States. The role involves managing regional grocery accounts and developing growth strategies while collaborating with various teams to enhance retail performance.ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow regional retail accounts across grocery, natural, and specialty channels throughout the Central and Eastern U.SDevelop and execute account growth plans to increase distribution, ACV, velocity, and revenueLead line reviews, promotional planning, innovation sell-in, and new item presentations with key retail partnersBuild compelling customer presentations using syndicated data and category insightsDrive new business development with targeted regional grocery accountsManage broker relationships and field execution partners to ensure strong retail performancePartner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and supply chain teamsOwn forecasting, sales planning, trade spend management, and performance tracking for assigned accountsTravel regularly for retailer meetings, market visits, and industry eventsSkillsMust have experience working with UNFI and KeHe5+ years of CPG sales experience, preferably within beverageExperience managing regional grocery accounts and developing customer growth strategiesStrong relationships across Midwest and/or Northeast retail channels preferredExperience working with UNFI, KeHE, brokers, and merchandising partnersStrong presentation, negotiation, and selling skillsAbility to build customer decks and leverage syndicated data to influence decision-makingEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independentlyComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with limited resourcesStrong relationships across Midwest and/or Northeast retail channels preferredExperience with emerging, startup, or growth-stage brands strongly preferredBenefitsBonus: 20% - 25%Flexible PTO401(k)Remote work environmentCompany OverviewForceBrands is a staffing and recruiting company providing food, beverage, and beauty professionals.
