[Remote] Key Account Manager - Dealer Business Unit

The Key Account Manager will drive revenue growth and manage key national accounts, ensuring operational excellence and strong customer relationships.ResponsibilitiesOwn a defined, focused subset of national accounts (~$5–10M), with full accountability for revenue growth, margin performance, and account healthSupport execution of Budget Blinds program initiatives by managing day to day operational tasks and partnering closely with the Director of National Accounts, Budget Blinds Account Specialist, Field team, and Concierge team to ensure a seamless, high quality customer experienceIdentify, pursue, and execute growth opportunities that drive incremental revenue and profitable expansionManage pricing strategy, program expansion, promotions, forecasting inputs, and issue resolutionExecute growth initiatives and account strategies in partnership with National Account leadershipBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporate contacts to support program alignment and executionManage a portfolio designed to enable deep engagement, opportunity identification, and consistent executionProvide dedicated account support for Budget Blinds and other priority brands, as assignedReduce execution gaps and single thread risk through disciplined follow through and coveragePartner with Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Field Sales to drive growth initiativesLead execution of launches, promotions, pricing updates, assortment changes, and merchandising initiativesPartner with RSMs and Field Teams to support dealer level execution and adoptionSupport preparation of customer facing business reviews and performance updatesTrack revenue, margin, forecasts, KPIs, and execution progressMonitor performance vs. plan and prior year; proactively identify risks and opportunitiesMaintain accurate forecasts and contribute to account planning and portfolio reviewsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key corporate customer contacts and stakeholder networksSupport contract expansion, program execution, and promotional alignmentGather and share competitive and marketplace intelligenceSkillsBachelor's degree required, business, marketing, or related field preferred2+ years of sales or account management experience (B2B preferred)Experience working cross functionally in a matrixed organizationStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teamsAbility to travel up to 40% required, including attending annual conventions and sales meetingsBenefitsMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k) retirement plan with up to 5% company match of eligible contributionsLife insuranceLong-term disability insuranceShort-term disability insurancePaid vacation timePaid holidays per yearOne paid volunteer day off per yearCompany OverviewSprings Window Fashions supplies leading retailers and distributors with a complete line of blinds, shades, specialty treatments.
