They are seeking a Key Account Manager, a senior sales leadership role, responsible for developing strategic sales plans and managing key accounts to drive significant revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesUtilize multiple forms of prospecting (strategic email campaigns, social media outlets/Linked-In, phone prospecting, industry events, etc.) to schedule exploratory meetingsActively participate in networking groups, as well as industry and professional associations, to develop, build and sustain a robust set of professional relationships in the territoryDevelop strategic territory and account pursuit plansManage assigned Strategic Account Opportunities that will be a minimum of $1.5M in revenue contract potentialDevelop and Manage a healthy sales pipeline to support meeting monthly/quarterly revenue and profit targetsMonthly/Quarterly sales forecastingAchieve sales goal consistently on a monthly/quarterly basisSkills7-10+ years of executive sales experienceProven, documented track record with consistency exceeding annual sales targetsStrong history of winning multi-million, multi-year services contractsExperience selling to specific verticals (Transportation, Education, Healthcare, Sports & Entertainment, etc.)7+ plus years of Sales experienceExperience leveraging facility management services and solutions within a specific set of industry verticals drive sales and client engagementSuperior relationship-building skills in both face-to-face and remote environmentsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience with CRM (MS Dynamics 365 (preferred), HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Willingness to prospect and generate leads, appointments, and salesDesired Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Facilities Sales/Operational work experienceEquivalent field experience shall consist of a minimum of three to five years of successful sales experience as detailed aboveExceptional communication and presentation skillsWillingness to travel within the region as requiredExperience selling to specific verticals (Transportation, Education, Healthcare, Sports & Entertainment, etc.) is highly preferredIndustry/Sector experience highly preferredBenefitsPaid holidays and vacation timeHealth Benefits PackageAncillary benefits—Life insurance, Long Term Disability, FSA, and Dependent Spending care401KOpportunity for Sales & Leadership GrowthCompany OverviewPritchard Industries is a building services company provides cleaning services for commercial office buildings and corporate facilities.
