[Remote] Junior Sales Associate

They are seeking a Junior Sales Associate who will be responsible for driving pipeline generation and contributing to revenue growth across assigned territories, working closely with a Sales Director to execute outbound sales strategies.ResponsibilitiesExecute daily outbound sales outreach to existing and prospective wholesale accounts through calls, email, and structured follow-up cadencesIdentify customer needs, generate interest, and convert opportunities into pipeline and closed businessReactivate inactive or lapsed accounts to drive incremental revenuePartner directly with Sales Directors to support territory-specific sales strategies and initiativesTake ownership of assigned call lists, outreach plans, and follow-up execution to maximize territory coverageBuild and manage targeted prospecting lists aligned with territory prioritiesSupport order follow-up and basic account management to ensure a seamless customer experienceMaintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including notes, activities, and deal progressionTrack outreach activity and performance to ensure consistent execution against targetsSupport pre-show and post-show outreach initiatives to maximize event ROIAssist in executing campaign-based outreach tied to product launches, promotions, and eventsCoordinate with Operations, Customer Support, and Sales Operations to ensure timely and accurate customer communicationSurface customer feedback, needs, and opportunities to internal teams to improve sales effectivenessSkills1+ year of inside sales, B2B, retail, or customer-facing experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsComfortable making high-volume outbound calls dailyHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and accounts simultaneouslyProficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)Strong time management and personal accountabilityCoachable mindset with the ability to take direction and feedbackBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 1 year inside sales or relevant experienceExperience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExperience in consumer goods or wholesale salesExposure to sales pipelines, outreach cadence, and follow-up strategiesInterest in or knowledge of the golf industryBenefitsCompetitive wages and bonusesMedical, dental & vision coverage401k MatchRemoteUnlimited paid time off, including holidays and sick leaveCompany OverviewBlue Tees Golf provides golf rangefinders and speakers designed for use on the golf course.
