As a Junior Recruiter, you will support the end-to-end hiring process and work closely with the HR team to attract top-tier talent across various domains.ResponsibilitiesSupport the end-to-end hiring process, from drafting job descriptions and screening resumes to conducting initial screenings and scheduling final interviewsProactively find candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, local tech communities, and London-based networksEnsure every applicant, whether they get the job or not, has a professional, transparent, and outstanding experience with LawLabsAssist in transitioning new hires from 'signed offer' to 'productive team member,' ensuring they feel welcomed into our culture of integritySkillsDegree or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)A working knowledge of provincial and federal employment laws, specifically regarding hiring mandatesYou can juggle multiple open roles and candidate pipelines without letting the 'human element' slip through the cracksYou possess the ability to write and speak confidently with high-level legal and tech professionalsYou are comfortable with ambiguity and ready to pivot as our team's needs evolveYou have a genuine interest in how technology is changing the legal landscape1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred, but not requiredExperience working within a Law Firm or a Tech (SaaS) environment is considered a significant assetExperience creating training and development plans specific to multiple rolesCompany OverviewFounded by a group of software enthusiasts, Closer is on a mission to revolutionize legal real estate practices with modern, intuitive, and user-focused technology.
