[Remote] Junior Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester

They are seeking a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester to support government web-based business applications, responsible for executing end-to-end testing, developing test plans, and collaborating with developers.ResponsibilitiesDesigning and executing manual test plans and test scenarios for software components and buildsConverting business requirements into test plans and test casesWorking closely with software developers to develop test specifications and build test cases to rigorously test product functionality and investigate all potential product test failuresDefect/Bug tracking and reproduction proceduresActing as a software testing resource on project teams, and interacting with Developers, System Analysts, Project Managers, and other QA analystsSkillsAt least one (1) year of experience in the software development testing environment to include at least six (6) months of related experience in project support quality assurance or six (6) months of experience in software development quality assurance testingBA/BS degreeMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearanceDue to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is requiredBS/AS in IT related degree with focus on software developmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven track record of successful management of resources and timelinesTeam player that can work with minimal supervisionKnowledge of SDLC, to include Agile/ScrumBenefitsHealth insuranceLife and accidental death and dismemberment coverageDisability insuranceRetirement plansHoliday payEmployee-managed leaveProfessional growth opportunitiesCompany OverviewAs a solutions-based company, Precise Systems is focused on innovation in support of the warfighters and aligning our expertise to deliver the highest quality of service.
