[Remote] Junior Project Manager

They are seeking a Junior Project Manager responsible for managing lower complexity implementations and upgrades of their hospital software, ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a detailed project plan in accordance with contracted scopeEnsure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical path activitiesManage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate change control proceduresPlan, conduct and document weekly project team status callsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationProactively identify, escalate and work with Director, Project Management on mitigation plans, when necessary, for any issues and conflicts on the projectCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsWork with Director, Project Management to measure project resource and financial performance using appropriate tools and techniquesSuccessfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersUse PMO processes and procedures in everyday management of projectsUtilization of Project Management System for successful project managementMaintain a positive and professional relationship with employees, clients, and all community and business contactsCommunicate in a clear and concise mannerCollaborate with othersUtilize time management and problem-solving skills to efficiently perform job dutiesMaintain an acceptable and professional personal appearanceMaintain confidentiality of private business matters and HIPAA-protected informationComplete other duties as assigned, to meet ongoing needs of the companyTravel 25% of the timeSkillsAssociate's degree in business administration, healthcare or a related technical field1-3 years proven project management experience, with experience in software implementation, including interfaces (preferably in healthcare/hospital IT or medical device industry)Demonstrated experience managing multiple projectsExcellent oral and written communication skills, with both client-facing and internal customers; excellent telephone communication skillsSolid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to adjust to project or organizational changes, including the flexibility to work with multiple time zones and work schedulesStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite including OneNote, Teams, Microsoft Project and other PM related software toolsTravel 25% of the timeBachelor's degreePrevious experience supporting go-lives from a virtual platform highly preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plusBenefitsCompetitive medical/dental/vision insurance plansHSA and HRA savings accounts with company contribution401(k) with 5% company matchEmployer-paid basic life, short-term disability, and long-term disabilityCompetitive PTO accrualCompetitive parental leaveCompany OverviewPeriGen is a technology-enabled professional services company specializing in risk reduction and clinical quality improvement in obstetrics.
