[Remote] Junior Product Designer

They are seeking a Junior Product Designer who will aid in optimizing website design, conceptualizing paid media creative, and collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experiences. Responsibilities Design for website optimization, including continuous A/B testing to improve performance and user experience Conceptualize and design high-performing creative for paid media (e.g., Meta ads), using testing and iteration to refine visual direction Partner with leadership to shape design strategy for the assets you own: Meta ads, Website, Emails Design new website pages based on strategic initiatives, user insights, and performance data Collaborate closely with copywriters to ensure cohesive, effective messaging and visual storytelling Work with developers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented with high fidelity Apply brand guidelines across customer touchpoints, including marketing emails, ensuring design supports campaign goals and drives measurable outcomes Own design decisions with a clear understanding of how they influence business metrics Take on ad hoc projects such as dashboard design, presentation (deck) design, and other emerging needs Step in to support teammates across functions during high-demand periods Contribute to a collaborative, team-first environment where support is mutual and proactive Skills A Bachelor's degree in a design-focused discipline (e.g., Graphic Design, Illustration, Industrial Design, or Architecture) with formal training in visual execution (drawing, composition, and design systems) or equivalent hands-on experience If your portfolio does not currently contain samples of drawing work, please compile some samples in a PDF for review Designer with strong drawing/design fundamental skills adopted through university level training The ability to critique and speak to design decisions Strong collaboration skills across product, marketing, and engineering Ability to work autonomously while staying aligned with broader business goals Company Overview At Trava Health, our goal is to revolutionizing healthcare through patient-focused telehealth.
