The Junior IT Administrator & Client Services Support role focuses on supporting IT operations and client engagements, ensuring efficient management of IT processes and providing technical support services.ResponsibilitiesManagement of user identities, access controls, and security policies within Azure Active DirectoryImplementation and maintenance of multi-factor authentication and single sign-on solutionsMonitoring and rapid response to security incidents and access requestsConfiguration and oversight of mobile device management, ensuring compliance with organizational policiesAdministration of application deployment, patch management, and device security within Microsoft IntuneSupport for the seamless onboarding and offboarding of mobile and remote workforce devicesCollaborating with various teams to create, manage, and optimize SharePoint sites, libraries, and document repositoriesEnsuring rigorous data governance, integrity, and security within SharePoint OnlineRapid troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to SharePoint servicesAdministering user accounts, licenses, and email services within the Office 365 environmentOffering dependable end-user support for Office 365 applications and servicesCollaborating with the IT team to implement and uphold O365 security and compliance featuresFacilitating the onboarding process for new employees, provisioning accounts, devices, and access to necessary toolsProviding ongoing IT support, responding to user queries, resolving technical issues, and assisting with trainingSupporting remote workforce needs and optimizing user experienceMaintaining meticulous documentation of configurations, changes, and incident responsesRegularly generating comprehensive reports on the performance and security status of Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, SharePoint, and O365Providing responses to vendor risk assessment questionnaires from our clientsContributing to the development and enhancement of IT policies and proceduresYou will be assisting in the designing and development of web-based consent solutions to maintain compliance for GDPR, CPRA, and other global regulations for clients with HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptAssist in building innovative and unique solutions to consent management using Google Tag Manager, APIs, and other consent management platformsYou will be assisting in the testing and evaluation of the effectiveness of consent banners and cookie blocking solutions through reading and dissecting JavaScript and HTML, assessing network and latency performance, and helping to remediate errors by providing solutions to clientsSkillsBachelor's degree in information technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Prior work experience in administering Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, SharePoint, and Office 365A firm grasp of cloud-based IT infrastructure and cybersecurity best practicesStrong understanding of the basics of TCP/IP and web fundamentalsExceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsEffective communication and collaboration skillsRelevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified, or equivalent, are a definite plusExpertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web focused languagesKnowledge of web analytic tools and how cookies are used to track user behavior (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel)Comfortable and confident in Linux command line and developer consolesKnowledge of API integrationsCompany OverviewIn an ever-changing risk management environment, Myna Partners is your global partner in privacy, compliance, and technology risk.
