[Remote] Junior Intelligence Analyst

The Junior Intelligence Analyst supports intelligence operations by conducting structured research and assisting with identity resolution and data verification tasks under established procedures. Responsibilities Conduct foundational records-based research using approved proprietary and open-source databases Assist in locating individuals and verifying identity-related data points under established SOPs Identify and document basic discrepancies in data for escalation and review Accurately record findings in case management systems in accordance with documentation standards Handle sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) in compliance with federal and internal security requirements Meet defined productivity and quality benchmarks appropriate for a junior-level role Participate in training, quality feedback, and continuous process improvement efforts Maintain availability during core business hours (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM Eastern) in a fully remote environment This is currently for a 2-year position Skills Prior exposure to an intelligence, investigative, analytical, or government-related environment Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow structured procedures U.S. citizenship is required Ability to successfully undergo and maintain a federal Public Trust background investigation Basic proficiency with web-based research tools and Microsoft 365 Ability to accept feedback and apply quality guidance consistently Entry-level experience in intelligence analysis, OSINT, military intelligence, law enforcement support, or similar fields Familiarity with structured analytical thinking and documentation standards Strong organizational skills and reliability in a remote work setting Company Overview At F3 Intelligence, we’re more than just private investigators—we’re your strategic advantage in uncovering the facts that matter.
