[Remote] Junior Full Stack Accountant (Financial & Management Accounting)

They are seeking a highly capable Junior Full Stack Accountant to support the Finance Director and leadership team with financial accounting, management reporting, compliance, and operational finance.ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate accounting recordsProcess and reconcile bank accounts, payment processors, and corporate card accountsPerform monthly balance sheet reconciliationsManage accounts payable and accounts receivable functionsAssist with month-end and year-end closing processesPrepare journal entries and supporting schedulesEnsure completeness and accuracy of general ledger transactionsPrepare monthly management accounts and reporting packsAssist with budget preparation and variance analysisSupport cash flow forecasting and working capital managementMonitor key financial performance indicatorsAnalyse revenue trends, margins, refund rates, and operating expensesAssist with profitability analysis by product, service line, and customer segmentReconcile revenue across payment processors & Other payment platformsAssist with deferred revenue and revenue recognition schedulesMonitor subscription revenue, payment plans, and recurring billing metricsTrack customer acquisition and operational financial KPIsSupport external accountants, auditors, and tax advisorsMaintain finance policies and proceduresEnsure accurate supporting documentation is retainedAssist with UAE corporate tax and international compliance requirementsSupport KYC, AML, and banking requestsWork within cloud accounting and reporting platformsAssist with finance process automation initiativesSupport integration of accounting systems with operational softwareHelp improve reporting accuracy and efficiency using AI and automation toolsSkillsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 2–4 years of accounting experienceStrong understanding of: Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Reporting, Reconciliations, Cash Flow ManagementAdvanced XERO and Google Sheets skillsExperience working remotely for international businessesExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational abilitiesFamiliarity with AI tools and automation platformsCandidates must demonstrate experience working remotely within one or more of the following industries: SaaS, AI businesses, Digital agencies, Subscription businesses, Technology companies, High-growth online businessesSAIPA, CIMA, ACCA, SAICA trainee experience, or equivalentExperience with: Xero, Wise, Stripe and Google WorkspaceExposure to UAE, UK, or US business operationsExperience with revenue recognition principles (IFRS 15 preferred)Familiarity with AI tools and automation platformsBenefitsLong-term engagement opportunity.Performance-based progression opportunities.Exposure to a high-growth international AI and technology business.Company OverviewAI Acquisition is an AI Software as a Service (SaaS) business that helps entrepreneurs & SMBs build & grow successful AI-powered businesses.
