Collect, clean, and transform raw datasets from multiple sources (spreadsheets, APIs, CRM exports) for internal analysis.
Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards that track business metrics, customer behavior, and performance trends.
Analyze A/B testing data and marketing campaign results to identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with senior analysts to develop reports that are both visually appealing and easy to interpret for non-technical stakeholders.
Conduct exploratory analysis to uncover insights, patterns, and anomalies.
Document your analysis methods and results in shared reports for team reference.
Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute insights to ongoing data-driven projects.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Basic understanding of SQL and comfort working with databases. * Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, especially pivot tables and basic functions.
Exposure to at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
Familiarity with Python or R is a plus, but not required. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Why Join Us?
