They are seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager to build and improve strong connections with customers, manage client relationships, and provide training and feedback.ResponsibilitiesManaging clients on all levels: technical, business, and product and help them succeed in their goalsManaging and growing relationship with Key Client (stakeholders)Identifying opportunities and potential challengesProviding clients with training and webinarsIntroducing clients to the new features and handling new feature releasesProviding client feedback internallyCollaborating with Sales, Solution Architects, Partners, Product Management, Legal and Marketing teams as the client’s representativeSkillsPrior experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account manager, Business Development Manager, Project Manager in crypto, fintech, payments spheresProficiency in Google Sheets / MS ExcelStrong analytical skills and proactive approachBasic understanding of KYC will be a big plusBenefitsRemote-first, trust-based culture.
