[Remote] Junior Account Manager (Contractor)

They are seeking a Junior Account Manager who will support marketing efforts and collaborate with multiple teams to manage key business accounts and customer communications.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the strategic efforts of the POD leader in managing key business accountsManaging the collateral feedback and approval process, coordinating reviews across internal stakeholders, incorporating revisions, and ensuring all customer-facing materials receive required sign-off prior to distributionCreating monthly customer-centric content to keep the broader organization apprised of customer updates, key metrics, and other information pertinent to the Revenue & Go To Market teamSupporting the development and delivery of presentation materials in Powerpoint/Google Slides, Word/Google Docs, and Excel/Google Sheets (QBRs, Executive Briefing Decks, process outlines, etc.)Supporting day-to-day customer management processesSkillsTypically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degreeIdeally demonstrate experience working in Operations or Account ManagementExperience documenting, tracking, and supporting the daily functioning and operations of customer programsExperience delivering polished, error-free workSuperior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation, written, email)Experience prioritizing, managing and delivering on multiple projects simultaneouslyCompany OverviewMarqeta is a card issuing platform that provides infrastructure and tools to help companies build and manage payment programs.
