[Remote] Jr. Data Analyst

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a passion for data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. Responsibilities • Develop, review, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for analytics and reporting. • Work with MSBI tools (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS) to perform data extraction, transformation, and reporting. • Analyze data and present weekly and monthly metrics to support business decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights. • Maintain and update documentation for data processes, systems, and reports. • Contribute to improving data processes, ensuring accuracy, and following best practices. Skills • 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence. • Strong knowledge of SQL, RDBMS, and data management concepts. • Familiarity with ETL processes and BI tools (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
