The Jr. Customer Success Manager will build trusted relationships with customers, guide them through implementation and onboarding, and support them by answering questions and highlighting new features.ResponsibilitiesBuild trusted relationships with customers, learning how each one works and where they want to goPlan and guide new customers through implementation, onboarding, and trainingSupport existing customers by answering questions, highlighting new features, and running Quarterly Business ReviewsContribute to support systems, such as in-product guides, webinars, and our Help CenterWork closely with other departments to bring the customer voice into the product roadmap and strategyIdentify expansion and referral opportunities through the relationships you build and think creatively about how to act on themTrack the numbers that matter, like churn, time to first value, and net promoter scoreExperiment with new strategies, tools, and AI to help customers (and yourself) to work smarterAlways keep our value of Delighting Customers top of mindSkillsYou've worked directly with customers or clients before and loved itYou come from a startup, entrepreneurial, or build-it-yourself environment.
