[Remote] JR. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Logan Finance Corporation is seeking a Jr. Account Executive to manage relationships within National Accounts. This role involves driving client engagement, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the loan lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesDrive engagement with National Accounts through proactive outreach, scenario submissions, and leading problem resolutionDevelop and maintain productive relationships with MLOs and brokers within assigned National AccountsProvide outreach to branches and MLOs via introductory calls, emails, and video meetings, leveraging company marketing materials and scriptsUnderstand client needs and assist in building tailored Non-QM lending solutionsGenerate and provide qualified referrals and pipeline opportunities to Account Executives (AEs)Assist with initial scenario follow-up by coordinating with the Scenario Desk for active opportunitiesLeverage CRM reporting to identify, target, and reactivate dormant Loan Officers within National AccountsSupport AEs by sharing actionable client feedback and identifying opportunities for deeper engagementApply knowledge of the loan lifecycle and loan manufacturing process to help resolve client issues with the goal of securing initial loan submissionsCoordinate internal resources (guidelines support, product training, scenario structuring) to meet client needsAct as a central point of contact to ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and challengesAssist with onboarding new accounts, including scheduling product demos and supporting portal/system trainingPresent a high-level overview of company systems, processes, and technology to communicate the value proposition to prospective clientsDeliver guideline overviews and product education in a clear, client-friendly formatMaintain consistent use of CRM and sales tools to track outreach, engagement, and opportunity developmentAccurately document all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progressUtilize data and reporting to prioritize outreach and drive measurable resultsSkillsMinimum 3+ years of mortgage industry experience requiredStrong understanding of mortgage products, guidelines, and loan lifecycle processesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong relationship-building and client engagement skillsEffective negotiation and closing support abilitiesHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to present guidelines and product information in a clear, structured formatProficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement toolsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentProblem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and resultsNon-QM wholesale lending experience preferredExperience supporting sales teams, brokers, or third-party originators is highly desirableCompany OverviewLogan Finance Corporation provides flexible loan options at competitive rates in addition to home purchase and home refinancing.
