Position Overview
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Customer Service team as Work from Home Agents. Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with order placements, returns, and refunds
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively

Requirements
Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
