Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel or airline industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
Proficient in using computers and familiar with customer service software
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
