They are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business within the Life Sciences sector, focusing on identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities for digital services and solutions.ResponsibilitiesOwn and exceed a new business quota for the Life Sciences segmentProspect for qualified leads (organic and CI&T sourced), build a pipeline of well-qualified opportunities, and drive the end-to-end sales process from first conversation to signed contractDevelop and lead the sales strategy on specific opportunities, including deal qualification, competitive positioning, and close plansConduct needs-based discovery assessments and present insights that turn prospect conversations into material opportunitiesNegotiate and close contracts, coordinating with legal to ensure agreements are executed as intendedTrack and report pipeline status, proposal components, and forecast with discipline in our CRMUse a consultative approach to uncover client pain points and translate complex business wants and needs into viable, structured solution visionsLead high-level client meetings and facilitate interactive workshop sessions with prospect stakeholdersCoordinate and lead sales engineering and the appropriate Growth Unit to develop mutually beneficial proposals, SOWs, and commercial modelsServe as the bridge between the client and internal teams (Design, Engineering, Delivery), coaching them on industry context so proposals are technically sound and commercially successfulReview target accounts for buying signals, identify opportunities, and develop strategic industry partnerships to grow the businessDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers across the Life Sciences marketWork closely with marketing and vertical leadership to develop and execute prospect communication plans and GTM strategies tailored to Life SciencesContribute to thought leadership on industry-relevant topics to elevate CI&T's positioning in the marketRepresent CI&T at industry events, trade shows, and conferencesSkills7-10 years of sales experience within a professional services or consulting organization, with a track record of meeting and exceeding quota5+ years of experience within Life Sciences, including areas such as digital strategy, product management, technology services, HCP digital engagement, or patient digital engagement solutionsStrong grasp of B2B solutions and services sales, and the role business development plays in lead generation and qualificationDeep understanding of the Life Sciences regulatory environment, including GxP and HIPAAFamiliarity with modern technology trends in the sector, including the application of AI/GenAI in Life SciencesStrong communication and presentation skills, engaging stakeholders from practitioners to the C-suiteStrategic thinker with the ability to craft creative solutions in the face of oppositionSelf-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work autonomously while collaborating seamlessly with sales, engineering, and design stakeholdersWillingness to master our CRM and maintain rigorous pipeline hygieneAbility to travel up to 25% for client workshops, partner meetings, and key internal eventsExperience at a Global System Integrator (GSI) or a digital transformation consultancy similar to CI&TFamiliarity with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7) and digital engagement trends across the broader HLS landscapeBenefitsCompetitive SalaryGenerous paid vacation daysUnlimited sick time100% paid health & dental benefits starting day oneAnnual profit-sharing distributionRetirement matchPaid parental leaveDedicated career advisorCompany OverviewCI&T is a digital specialist that delivers business impact with strategy, design and engineering services.
