Helm is looking for an experienced automotive aftermarket sales professional to grow sales and loyalty for Jeep and Mopar Performance Parts & Accessories. The role involves training dealership personnel, consulting on vehicle ordering, and increasing sales through various channels.ResponsibilitiesIncrease sales, loyalty, and utilization of Jeep and Mopar Performance Parts & Accessories to achieve revenue goals and increase Mopar Per New Unit Retail (PNUR)Serve as Mopar product specialist for dealer personnel and Stellantis field personnelExecute product and sales process training within dealerships to increase offerings and customer presentations by the sales and finance departmentConsult with dealerships on new vehicle ordering to maximize Mopar and Jeep upfit penetration through Jeep custom shopsSupport Mopar and Jeep event activation as requestedImplement Mopar Merchandise displays at assigned dealershipsIncrease dealer participation and sales through accessory e-commerce channelsIncrease Mopar wholesale penetration through independent accessory installers and wholesale distributorsProvide feedback to the Mopar corporate team regarding product, pricing, and incentive opportunities to increase Mopar salesSkillsA minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is strongly preferredSeeking automotive enthusiasts with experience in account developmentDealership sales or accessory / customization salesBrand and product representation / trainingSales and process training / improvementProficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Teams, Email and WebStrong organizational skills and attention to detailEffective project management skillsEffective communication and presentation skills both written and verbalSense of urgencyOutstanding customer service skillsCollege degree preferred, but not requiredJeep product / off-roading knowledge is a plusLooking for experienced dealership sales personnelCompany OverviewHelm is a leading marketing company that provides supply chain services and leading-edge technology solutions.
