Responsibilities
ā¢ Design and oversee evaluations for coding tasks across multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, C, JavaScript, and TypeScript
ā¢ Develop test cases to assess system performance across diverse engineering scenarios
ā¢ Analyze system behavior on real-world use cases to identify strengths and areas for improvement
ā¢ Communicate evaluation insights and results effectively to research teams
ā¢ Contribute to high-impact open-source projects and support system optimization
Skills
ā¢ Strong experience in open-source contributions with an active GitHub or similar profile
ā¢ Strong experience in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C, JavaScript, or TypeScript
ā¢ Deep familiarity with widely-used libraries, frameworks, and development tools
ā¢ Strong understanding of software architecture, performance optimization, and scalable code patterns
ā¢ Strong collaboration skills with experience working in distributed and asynchronous teams
ā¢ Ability to independently identify areas of improvement and execute solutions with minimal oversight
