[Remote] Japanese Language Data Contributor (Multimodal) – Freelance AI Trainer Project

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Meridial Marketplace, by Invisible is seeking Japanese language experts to contribute to the training of AI models. The role involves verifying language accuracy, documenting errors, and suggesting improvements, all while engaging with advanced language models on various linguistic topics.

Responsibilities
• Converse with the model on language scenarios
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Skills
• Expertise in Japanese grammar, syntax, morphology, kanji, hiragana, katakana, phonology, and pragmatics
• Ability to challenge advanced language models on topics like verb conjugation, sentence structure, honorifics, formal and informal speech, regional dialects, kanji readings, and the nuances of Japanese writing systems
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• A degree in Japanese language, linguistics, or a closely related field
• Participation in AI data collection and evaluation
• Ability to provide audio, video, image, and written inputs
• Eligibility to be 18 years or older and agree to the applicable participant and consent agreements
• Ability to submit content featuring only yourself and avoid the inclusion of third-party or sensitive personal information
• Peer-reviewed publications
• Teaching experience
• Hands-on linguistic analysis projects
