They are seeking an Ivanti ITSM Systems Administrator to build, enhance, and maintain their enterprise service management platform, supporting the Internal Service Desk and enterprise support across the organization.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the Ivanti ITSM platform including user management, role assignments, workflows, and system updatesImplement and manage IT service management processes, including incident, problem, change, and Service request management, aligned with ITIL best practicesDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor ITSM performance and support continual service improvementProvide troubleshooting, support, and training for ITSM users, creating documentation and guides to enhance system adoptionSkillsHigh School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate requiredBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business, or a related field requiredEquivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree and experience requirement3+ years of technical experience in application administration, computer programming, and/or database administration requiredMust have experience creating and maintaining Service RequestsExperience with Ivanti ITSM Systems AdministratorWork experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting preferredExperience with business rules, workflows, scripting, HTML, SQL a plus!BenefitsFree Continuing Education and certificationTuition reimbursement, education programs and scholarshipsVacation time starts building on Day 1, and builds with your seniorityFree money toward retirement with a 403(b) and matching contributionsCompany OverviewCommunity Health System is a private, not-for-profit, health system that employs more than 11,000 people.
