[Remote] IUL Consumer Sales Agent

The Index Universal Life (IUL) Sales Specialist will guide customers through the IUL insurance buying process, educate them on products, and ensure a seamless customer experience while achieving sales targets.ResponsibilitiesEngage potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails and SMSEducate customers on Ethos’ products and processesUncover and understand an individual’s needs through in-depth discovery and position Ethos’ value according to those specific needsBuild relationships and instill trust with customers in order to drive monthly and quarterly conversion targetsPartner with colleagues in sales, marketing, customer experience, and product in order to execute team and company goalsManage a pipeline of customers and perform follow-up through the application and purchasing processIterate and improve upon workflows and outreach strategiesDrive referral activity by creating positive customer experiencesSkills2-3 years of experience in life insurance telesales experienceStrong proficiency working with Salesforce or equivalent sales/CRM softwareStrong sales track record and exceptional sales techniques with the ability to overcome customer objectionsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyAbility to identify friction points for the customer and come up with solutionsExcellent time management and organizational skillsCan adapt to changes quicklyIncredible drive to winQuick learner comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent communication skills including strong phone presencePassionate about delivering exceptional customer serviceStrongly prefer sales candidates that are bilingual in English and SpanishBenefitsW-2 hourly base pay plus commissionsYou can find further details of our US benefits at Company OverviewEthos makes getting life insurance instant and easy.
