Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for any issues reported within Corporate standards, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Collaborate with peers on the deployment of iPads via Intune, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime. Utilize the Intune console to assist with managing iPads, making configuration changes under the guidance of Intune administrators. Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders participating in proof of concept exercises, providing expert guidance and support. Perform duties as requested by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Consistently document and troubleshoot reported issues, leveraging creative thinking to resolve complex problems. Develop and maintain strong relationships within the IT department, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Stay up-to-date with Corporate and IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards. Develop and refine verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Comply with defined ITIL processes, maintaining a high level of service quality and consistency. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Experience supporting iPads, navigating the Intune console, and making configuration changes under the guidance of Intune administrators. Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus: Experience working with ServiceNow, demonstrating familiarity with IT service management platforms.
