[Remote] IT Support Analyst

As an IT Support Analyst, you will ensure the reliability of technology infrastructure and assist teams across the organization in maintaining operational efficiency. This hands-on role requires problem-solving skills and collaboration with various departments to deliver secure and dependable technology operations.ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end hardware asset management, including procurement, lifecycle planning, and security compliance for all devicesManage laptop lifecycle processes, including collection, secure wiping, redeployment, and distribution to employeesCoordinate device provisioning and configuration to ensure timely onboarding and adherence to organizational standardsMonitor and optimize software license inventory, ensuring compliance, renewals, and cost efficiency through utilization trackingServe as an escalation point for support desk issues; ensure timely resolution of end-user hardware and software incidentsSupport desktop services, including imaging, patching, configuration, and ongoing device maintenanceMonitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and coordinate with vendors on fixes, updates, and patchesTrack, analyze, and report on support metrics and security alerts to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigationDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, processes, and change management recordsCollaborate across IT and business teams, supporting projects, onboarding/offboarding activities, user training, and process improvement initiativesSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent5+ years of experience supporting IT systems for small to medium-sized businessesExperience participating in IT projects and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, effective solutionsStrong collaborative and interpersonal skills within a team environmentAdvanced skills in research, analysis, and presenting complex technical solutionsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and workloads effectivelyHigh emotional intelligence and adaptability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including senior executivesSuperior communication skills for delivering clear, concise, and impactful verbal and written presentationsA bachelor's degree (BA) or equivalent work experienceFamiliarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC, or similar regulatory standardsExperience with enterprise-level infrastructure and cloud solutionsCompany OverviewVisante is a healthcare consulting firm that offers pharmacy consulting solutions for healthcare industry.
