Kind Lending is a growing company focused on providing a positive mortgage experience, seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their IT team. This remote role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to IT initiatives to enhance the technology experience for employees. Responsibilities Handle and resolve incoming IT support tickets submitted by employees across the organization using our ticketing platform (ServiceDesk Plus) Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and device performance Provide clear, user-friendly explanations and instructions to employees at varying technical levels Support, configure, and manage Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune Assist with user communication and coordination for security-related alerts, as directed by the Security Engineer (e.g., Microsoft Defender notifications) Contribute to IT initiatives involving Microsoft 365, Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Defender, and Entra Document processes, troubleshooting steps, and user guides to strengthen internal knowledge resources Skills Reliable and service-oriented IT Support Analyst Experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and MDM solutions such as Intune Ability to handle and resolve incoming IT support tickets submitted by employees across the organization using a ticketing platform (ServiceDesk Plus) Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and device performance Provide clear, user-friendly explanations and instructions to employees at varying technical levels Support, configure, and manage Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune Assist with user communication and coordination for security-related alerts, as directed by the Security Engineer Contribute to IT initiatives involving Microsoft 365, Endpoint Manager, Microsoft Defender, and Entra Document processes, troubleshooting steps, and user guides to strengthen internal knowledge resources Great communication skills—able to explain technical concepts in simple terms Solid troubleshooting abilities and a methodical, detail-focused approach to problem solving Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities Proactive and resourceful problem solver with strong attention to detail Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S. without a visa sponsorship Company Overview Kind Lending is determined to forge a new identity in the wholesale lending and mortgage banking space.
