As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies, building a strong pipeline of potential candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process. Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and engage with candidates for a range of IT and game development roles, including developers, artists, designers, and other related positions.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Sourcing Strategies: Utilize job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and other creative sourcing methods to find and attract top talent.
Pipeline Building: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and project timelines.
Candidate Experience: Provide timely feedback, maintain regular communication with candidates, and ensure a smooth and engaging hiring process.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate expectations within the gaming sector.
Employer Branding: Support initiatives that enhance our employer brand and showcase our culture to potential candidates.

What We're Looking For:

1-3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in IT or game development roles.
Familiarity with the gaming industry and knowledge of typical roles in game development.
Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including social media, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with candidates and convey our company culture effectively.
Excellent organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
A collaborative approach to working with hiring teams and the ability to take constructive feedback.

Nice to Have:

A passion for games and an interest in the gaming industry.
Intermediate or higher English language skills.
Experience with international recruitment strategies.
