[Remote] IT Project Manager (Retail Store Technology & Cybersecurity)

Holistic Partners, Inc is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead high-priority IT transformation initiatives focused on Retail Store Technology and Cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will oversee project delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful execution of complex IT programs.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of retail technology and cybersecurity projectsDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverablesCoordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Architecture, Finance, and Business unitsIdentify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependenciesDrive governance processes, project reviews, approvals, and compliance requirementsProvide regular status updates and executive-level communicationsManage project budgets, vendor relationships, forecasts, and contractual deliverablesEnsure alignment across multiple workstreams while maintaining project timelines and objectivesSkills5+ years of IT Project Management experienceStrong retail industry experienceHands-on experience managing Store Technology projects such as POS, self-checkout systems, in-store tablets, or related retail platformsExperience leading Cybersecurity initiatives including Disaster Recovery, Security Remediation, or Risk Mitigation programsProven success managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholdersStrong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologiesExperience managing budgets, vendors, and project financialsExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with ServiceNow Portfolio ManagementProficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management toolsExperience supporting large-scale infrastructure transformation initiativesCompany OverviewThe Holistic Partners is the premier technical staffing firm head quartered in the MA.
