F2Onsite is seeking a part-time IT Project Manager to support a fast-moving initiative requiring strong coordination across stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables. The role focuses on driving structure, governance, and communication to ensure successful execution of project objectives.ResponsibilitiesSolicit input from steering committee members and stakeholders to build and maintain project agendasFacilitate meetings, document decisions, and track action items, owners, and deadlinesCoordinate project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across teamsProvide ongoing status reporting and ensure transparency across all stakeholdersIdentify risks, blockers, and escalation points; proactively drive resolutionMaintain centralized project documentation, communications, and artifacts within Microsoft TeamsEstablish and manage communication cadence across stakeholders (status updates, checkpoints, executive reviews)Support alignment across business priorities, scope, and project objectivesTrack progress against plan and adjust timelines or expectations as neededAssist in organizing project governance structures and workflowsSkills5+ years of Project Management experience (IT or cross-functional projects preferred)Strong experience managing stakeholders and leadership-level communicationAbility to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and prioritiesExperience with project planning tools, reporting, and documentationStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience working within Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration platformsProven ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsPMP or equivalent certificationExperience working with enterprise stakeholders or governance committeesCompany OverviewF2OnSite specializes in providing cybersecurity, POS, data migration, computer installations, projects and delivery management services.
