[Remote] IT Project Coordinator, Healthcare - Remote

The role involves assisting with project development, coordinating client support efforts, and managing relationships across multiple teams. Responsibilities Monitor team progress and coordinate client support efforts Ensure project teams adhere to timelines and deliverables Communicate plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders Follow up on project quality measures and artifacts Manage and build relationships with multiple teams Analyze project data and produce progress reports Assist Project Director with administrative functions and processes Assist Project Director with various tasks related to managing their portfolio Run meetings in the absence of the Project Director Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and other activities Support documentation efforts, including planning materials and reports Skills 1–2 years of experience in executive administrative, project coordinator and/or a similar position in the healthcare industry Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) Knowledge of how healthcare IT projects operate Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to influence and build respectful relationships across teams Strong adaptability to changing environments and timelines Confidence in navigating new environments and situations Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage shifting priorities Company Overview NTT DATA, Inc. is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
