They are seeking an IT Operations Project Manager to manage the full life cycle of technology projects, specifically in areas such as Enterprise Applications, IT Security, and Systems Infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesManage projects under the IT Operations & Services Portfolio, including Enterprise Applications, Information Security, Endpoint Engineering, and Network/Systems OperationsManage process improvement projects for IT Operations, including documenting standard operating procedures, developing cross department procedures with corporate departments, and infrastructure change management standardsWork with IT management and stakeholders to create IT Operations and Services project plans with clear dependencies, resource estimates, and target deadlinesWork with IT teams to refine IT Operations Change Management Process and GovernanceExecute project planning to meet department needs; document and communicate project statuses and risks accuratelyCollaborate with IT Operations leadership team on projectsFacilitate Meetings that support the IT Operations and Services Portfolio Management and ControlsAct as liaison for between IT Operations and project stakeholders in Software Development and Corporate departmentsWork with third parties to evaluate vendor contracts and facilitate onboarding contractors for projectsFacilitate annual planning activities supporting Technology ProductsDevelop backlog and roadmaps based on IT priorities and resource availabilityWork with IT Operations teams to transition from Project Close to Operational SupportRoll out IT Operations Change Management Project Templates and ProceduresAnalyze project delivery performance metrics, develop KPIs, and project reportingDiscover end user IT needs and communicate with IT management on visions, solutions, and concernsSupport IT Operations and Services Management team in building and maintaining a scalable IT support systemBuild relationships and work closely with IT Analysts, Support Technicians, System/Network Administrator, IT Management, and internal stakeholders to drive change and process improvementPlan and oversee the preparation and dissemination of project communicationsRecommend technology strategies, policies, and procedures in line with industry standardsMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societiesPerform other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's Degree directly related to the position or equivalent, requiredBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum seven years' experience as an IT professionalDemonstrated skills with Project Management, Change Management and Release ManagementExcellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skillsAble to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesIn depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint and AzureUnderstanding of system and network infrastructureExperience with Enterprise Applications, Systems/Network Administration, and Information SecurityAbility to schedule and communicate technical needs internally and externallyExcellent verbal and written communication skills requiredHighly organized and detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications requiredCommitment to company valuesCustomer Service - Proactive attention to each personIntegrity - Do and say what's rightRespect - Treat others with dignityCollaboration - Listen and work togetherLearning - Seek knowledge and strive for improvementExcellence – Deliver the unexpectedBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionLife insuranceAD&DLTD401(k) with employer matchCompany OverviewGuild Mortgage is a growing mortgage company that offers residential mortgage products as well as local in-house origination and servicing.
