[Remote] IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Holistic Partners, Inc is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee critical projects in the supply chain and warehouse technology domain. The role involves leading the implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ensuring the successful delivery of infrastructure projects.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation of Manhattan WMS, Daifuku WES, and MHE solutionsManage project plans, schedules, risks, budgets, and reportingCoordinate IT, operations, engineering, and vendor teamsDrive requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and go-live activitiesSupport distribution center technology initiatives and infrastructure projectsEnsure successful delivery of supply chain and warehouse technology programsSkills5+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experienceStrong background supporting Distribution Centers, Warehouses, and Supply Chain operationsProven experience leading WMS, WES, and MHE implementationsHands-on experience with Manhattan WMS (required)Experience with Daifuku WES or similar Warehouse Execution SystemsStrong understanding of warehouse automation, logistics, and distribution center technologiesExperience managing projects in a Waterfall environmentProficiency with Smartsheet for project planning and reportingExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skillsRetail or Distribution Center project experienceServiceNow experiencePMP CertificationExperience with SIT, UAT, deployment, and go-live planningCompany OverviewThe Holistic Partners is the premier technical staffing firm head quartered in the MA.
