[Remote] IT Finance Data Support Analyst - Contractor

Corpay is currently looking to hire an IT Finance Data Support Analyst - Contractor within their Finance / Technology / Shared Services organization. In this role, you will support financial systems and data processes ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and timely resolution of data-related issues while partnering closely with Finance, IT, and other cross-functional teams. Responsibilities • Serving as a primary point of contact for finance data and system-related questions, issues, and support requests • Monitoring, validating, and reconciling financial data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and integrity • Supporting financial reporting processes, including data extracts, analysis, and issue resolution • Partnering with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to troubleshoot data discrepancies and system issues • Documenting data flows, processes, and controls to support audit and compliance requirements • Assisting with system enhancements, upgrades, and testing related to finance data and reporting tools • Identifying opportunities to improve data quality, efficiency, and reporting processes • Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities as needed Skills • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience • Experience supporting financial systems, data analysis, or finance operations • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to work with large data sets and identify trends or discrepancies • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience with financial systems, ERPs, or reporting tools • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or similar data analysis tools • Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) • Understanding of finance and accounting concepts • Experience working in a cross-functional or support-oriented role Benefits • Company-issued equipment and remote access • Formal, hands-on training Company Overview • Corpay provides online payment solutions.
