They are seeking an IT Engineer to lead their Identity & Access Management (IAM) and IT automation initiatives, with responsibilities including designing secure identity systems, automating user lifecycle management, and partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance security and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the IAM roadmap, designing, implementing, and maintaining secure identity systems centered on Okta, including SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and WorkflowsAutomate user lifecycle management by building integrations between our HRIS, Okta, and business applications to streamline onboarding, offboarding, and role changesDesign and implement attribute-driven access controls that enforce least-privilege and Zero Trust principles across systems and applicationsExpand SSO coverage and strengthen authentication through MFA, device trust, and privileged access management controlsImplement governance and compliance processes, including access reviews, certification campaigns, and audit readiness initiativesAutomate IT workflows to eliminate manual processes and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and visibilityMonitor and improve identity health through logging, alerting, automation, and anomaly detection capabilitiesOwn and administer core IT platforms, ensuring reliable, secure, and compliant service deliveryPartner cross-functionally with People, Security, and Engineering teams to align identity processes, manage application access, and uphold compliance standardsSkills7–10+ years of experience in Corporate or Enterprise IT Engineering, with a strong focus on Identity & Access Management and automation3+ years of experience administering Okta in a complex, high-growth environmentDeep knowledge of identity technologies, including SAML, OIDC/OAuth 2.0, SCIM, directory services (Okta Universal Directory, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP), and MFA or risk-based access policiesProven experience implementing attribute-driven RBAC and ABAC models, Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) automation, and HRIS-driven identity workflowsStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional projects from design through implementationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating technical design documents, process documentation, and architecture diagramsFamiliarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, including an understanding of identity-related audit evidence and controlsA thoughtful, curious, and resourceful approach to problem solvingComfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environmentBenefitsMeaningful equity so you share in Doppel’s success.Remote-first culture with flexibility built inFlexible PTO, comprehensive health benefits, parental leave, and more.A high-growth environment where your work has immediate impact and visibility.Company OverviewDoppel is an AI-native security platform that helps organizations defend against social engineering risks and digital impersonation.
