[Remote] IT Coordinator

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven IT Coordinator to support their technology needs. The role involves providing first-level technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring systems run smoothly for employees.ResponsibilitiesProvide timely first-level technical support for hardware, software, and system access issuesMonitor and respond to internal IT support requests, troubleshooting end-user issuesInstall and configure software, devices, and workplace technology (e.g., laptops, printers, scanners)Support connectivity, device performance, and application troubleshootingMaintain and monitor computer systems and workplace technologySet up user accounts and technology access for onboarding and offboarding employeesAssist with deployment and configuration of laptops and workplace toolsSupport the scheduling and technical setup of board and committee meetings, including virtual meeting logisticsCoordinate with third-party vendors for hardware deployment, tracking, and inventoryMaintain IT asset inventory and documentationLiaise with manufacturers/vendors for warranties, repairs, and hardware supportAssist with testing and implementation of new systems and applicationsSupport system updates, maintenance tasks, and continuous improvementsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and proactively address technical issuesMaintain and update IT documentation, procedures, and knowledge resourcesSupport ongoing improvements to IT processes and service deliverySkillsCurrently pursuing or have recently completed studies in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or bring equivalent experience)Experience in a helpdesk or IT support environmentExperience with device provisioning, user account management, or basic networkingFamiliarity with IT ticketing systems or service desk toolsSolid understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsEffective communicator with a strong customer service mindsetOrganized, responsive, and able to manage multiple requests effectivelyComfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environmentBilingual in English and French (an asset, due to the nature of our National organization)BenefitsGenerous time off, including 15 days of vacation to start, your birthday off, and extended holiday closures at year-endComprehensive health and benefits, including a healthcare spending accountA flexible, remote-first work environmentA four-day workweek benefitA collaborative, purpose-driven culture with supportive colleaguesCompany OverviewThe Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada (LLSC) is a voluntary health agency dedicated to blood cancer.
