The IT Clinical Systems Integrator is responsible for the technical integration, configuration, and ongoing support of clinical technology systems, ensuring interoperability between various applications and systems.ResponsibilitiesLead hands-on integration of clinical systems, including PMS, imaging, and third-party applicationsConfigure and support interfaces, APIs, and data exchange processesEnsure seamless interoperability between systems across supported practicesSupport technical onboarding of newly acquired practicesExecute system migrations, data conversions, and go-live activitiesAssist with system upgrades and enhancements across the organizationTroubleshoot and resolve integration and system-related issuesMonitor data flows and system performance to ensure reliability and accuracyPartner with Service Desk and Clinical Systems teams to support end usersWork closely with internal teams (Infrastructure, Security, Clinical Systems) to ensure alignment and complianceCoordinate with external vendors on integrations, issue resolution, and system improvementsCommunicate effectively with clinical and non-technical stakeholdersSkillsExperience working with Practice Management Systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental)Hands-on experience with system integrations, interfaces, APIs, and data mappingStrong understanding of clinical workflows in dental or healthcare environmentsExperience supporting imaging systems and third-party clinical applicationsAbility to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple systemsStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiencesAble to travel 50% of the timeExperience supporting M&A integrations or multi-site environments is a plusCompany OverviewSpecialty Dental Brands is a niche support organization focused exclusively on building a network of specialty dental practices.
