They are seeking an IT Business Analyst I to validate GenAI-driven outputs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI-generated results meet system requirements and enhance system integrity.ResponsibilitiesSupport human-level validation of GenAI-driven solutions and test-driven design processesAnalyze and verify AI-generated outputs to ensure alignment with business requirements, system expectations, and desired outcomesCollaborate with business stakeholders, engineers, developers, and QA teams to refine and validate AI-enabled solutionsIdentify, document, and communicate discrepancies between AI outputs, requirements, and expected system behaviorsContribute to the continuous improvement of AI verification methodologies, testing frameworks, and validation processesGather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements to support system design, enhancements, and integrationsPartner with systems analysts, engineers, and programmers to evaluate system capabilities, performance requirements, and technical constraintsSupport the design, development, modification, and implementation of software solutions that address business needsDevelop and execute software testing, validation procedures, and supporting documentation to ensure solution qualityMonitor system performance and functionality to ensure compliance with established requirements and specificationsDevelop and maintain Configuration Management (CM) processes, policies, SOPs, work instructions, and related documentationTranslate complex business needs into clear functional and technical requirements throughout the software development lifecycleSkillsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience4+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or business analysis within a technical environment (Cloud, DevOps, or enterprise systems)1–2 years of experience working with AI/ML systems, model evaluation, or AI-enabled applicationsHands-on experience with one or more of the following tools: Labelbox, Amazon SageMaker, MLflow, Selenium, Postman, JUnit, PyTest, Jenkins, GitHubExperience supporting human-level validation of GenAI-driven, test-driven design processes, ensuring AI outputs align with system requirements and expected behaviorsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical and system issuesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organizationAbility to obtain a security clearanceRelevant professional certifications (e.g., testing, Agile, cloud, or AI/ML-related certifications preferred)BenefitsHealth insurance coverageLife and disability insurance401(k) savings planTraining and career development opportunitiesPaid holidays and paid time off (PTO - to cover vacation, illness or disability, appointments, emergencies or other situations that require time off from work)Company OverviewGama-1 Technologies deliver cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise solutions, software engineering, IT operations and management services.
