[Remote] IT Asset Management Project Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Client First Technologies (CFT) is seeking an IT Asset Management (ITAM) Project Analyst to provide support for their government customer. The ITAM Project Analyst will focus on process, business and data analysis, project tracking and coordination to ensure accurate lifecycle management of hardware, software, and digital assets.ResponsibilitiesSupport ITAM projects including asset inventory, lifecycle updates, tool enhancements, and compliance initiativesAnalyze business processes and asset data to identify gaps, trends, and optimization opportunitiesSupport process improvements and standardization across ITAM workflowsPrepare reports, dashboards, and project documentation for leadershipTrack project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependenciesDevelop and maintain ITAM policies, standards, and lifecycle processesSkillsBachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related fieldMinimum two (2) years of project or business analyst experienceExperience in data and functional analysis, performance evaluation, strategic planning, and process improvementStrong analytical skills with experience working in Excel, Power BI, or similar toolsDemonstrated experience working within an Agile environmentDemonstrated experience maintaining knowledge management resources (e.g., documentation on SharePoint)Proficiency in MS Office SuiteExcellent communication, documentation, and organizational skillsMust be able to work collaborativelySupport ITAM projects including asset inventory, lifecycle updates, tool enhancements, and compliance initiativesAnalyze business processes and asset data to identify gaps, trends, and optimization opportunitiesSupport process improvements and standardization across ITAM workflowsPrepare reports, dashboards, and project documentation for leadershipTrack project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependenciesDevelop and maintain ITAM policies, standards, and lifecycle processesMust be able to successfully satisfy a Tier 2/Moderate Risk government background investigationFamiliarity with software licensing models and hardware asset lifecycle processesFamiliarity with ITAM/ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and discovery toolsExperience delivering business intelligence capabilities, including dashboards and reportsBenefitsCFT offers a full benefits packageA collaborative work environmentA strong company cultureVeterans and military spouses are encouraged to applyCompany OverviewClient First Technologies provides strategic consulting, technology, business development, and managed services.
