Key Responsibilities:

Β Content Management: Ensure that the content offered through the IPTV service is up-to-date, accurate, and meets legal and licensing requirements.
Β Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Respond to and resolve technical issues related to the IPTV system, including buffering, connectivity, or playback problems.
Β Business Growth: Implement strategies for business expansion, including customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Β Financial Oversight: Monitor payments and subscriptions to ensure timely invoicing and processing.
Β Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on key metrics such as customer activity, service uptime, and financial performance.
Β Compliance: Ensure the business complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to IPTV services, including copyright and licensing laws.
Β Continuous Improvement: Keep up to date with the latest IPTV technologies, trends, and best practices to ensure the business remains competitive.
Requirements:
Β Proven experience in IPTV management, streaming technology, or a related field.
