The Investor Relations Associate will be responsible for sourcing and managing relationships with accredited investors, guiding them through investment opportunities from initial contact to closing. Responsibilities Build a proven and repeatable process to source, attract new investors to our platform Conduct investor intro and follow-up calls Build and manage your own pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, and networking Maintain long-term investor relationships with consistent communication and transparency Track all touchpoints, metrics, and follow-ups in CRM Represent the firm at investor events, conferences, and webinars Collaborate with leadership to continually refine our investor communication strategy Skills A confident communicator who loves connecting with people Experienced in high-value investment sales, capital raising, or private placements Deep understanding of Multifamily and real economics Results-oriented with a bias for action and follow-through Benefits Travel and education expenses covered (investor events, conferences, professional development) Long-term upside through equity participation in deals Company Overview Aligned Ventures is a financial services firm that provides real estate and real estate investment services.
